In America, when it comes to advertising, it is quite difficult to find an ad without women and some form of sex along side it. Whether it is advertising food, sports, fragrances, or even video games, advertisers somehow fit in the sexualization and objectification of women within them. On this website, we hope to enlighten and educate the general public on the history and definitions, as well as current examples of ways in which women continue to be objectified and sexualized in today's media.
